Salesmanship workshop dengan pendekatan Neuro-Linguistic programming, model komunikasi, pengembangan pribadi serta psikoterapi yang dikembangkan oleh Richard Bandler dan John Grinder. Model pendekatan NLP diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada customer melalui pengamatan perilaku dan model komunikasi customer.

Ability to prepare and execute training and development strategies, to carry out assigned training projects to their completion, to establish and maintain effective training and to add value to company in training area. Working relationships with sales team and agency forces, home office staff and trainers executive, to make sure that agency training is in line with Business Strategy, Compliance, Profitability and Premium growth.
